My name is Paul Sinfield and I’ve been working in commercial real estate marketing
and communications for over 15 years and as a freelance translator and marketing consultant for the last six years. I studied European Business jointly in the UK (Hull) and France (Bordeaux) and then spent a few years working as an export manager where I handled French-speaking markets. My next step was into marketing where I worked for international commercial real estate adviser DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) managing marketing for their overseas offices. It was during this time that I realised that the technical commercial real estate translations I was ordering were frequently inadequate and inaccurate. A few years later, I launched ImmoTrad to provide reliable, accurate French to English commercial real estate translations.

I now work with French-speaking companies, primarily from the commercial real estate sector, on their English language materials – (commercial real estate market reports, valuation reports, investment proposals, client documents, commercial real estate brochures and pitch documents).
